User data deletion

Use this page to request deletion of personal data held by ReGen Design.Studio in Local Grid. This is the URL to enter in the Meta App Dashboard under data deletion instructions.

Shop owners

1. Email hello@localgrid.in from the Google account you use to sign in.
2. Write “Delete my Local Grid account” and include the business name.
3. We delete the business profile, customer list, message log, and WhatsApp connection data we store, within 30 days.

Customers of a shop

1. Email hello@localgrid.in with subject “Delete my customer data”, your WhatsApp number, and the shop name.
2. Or message that shop on WhatsApp asking to opt out of the loyalty programme.
3. We delete stamps, messages, and profile fields we hold for that number at that shop. We may keep the phone number alone on a suppression list so a later check-in does not enrol you again.

Facebook / Meta platform data

If you used Facebook Login or Embedded Signup with our app, email the same address and say you want Meta platform data deleted. We delete tokens and WhatsApp asset IDs we stored for your account. Message history already on WhatsApp’s servers is controlled by Meta and the shop’s WhatsApp account, not by us.
